I had a talk with Emma about the situation, and i let her know about the serious ramifications of her actions as well as remined her of our no bullying and harassment policies. I remember a similar incident happened at a court service between 2015 and 2018. Bullying, favoritism, cronyism, intimidation, invasions of privacy and threats were occurring in the workplace towards multiple victims including a woman named Jessica Wilby. She had to take personal leave for 3 months and was diagnosed with depression...
... she unfortunately took her own life in 2018, and the court was fined $279,157 for this behavior and the whole workplace was convicted. I would hate for your actions to continue and end up like that court service.
