- One day a gigantic squirrel came to a house and found a beautiful Christmas tree that have the same height as the house wall. He wants to take the star that is at the top of the christmas tree but he doesn't know the height of the christmas tree.*hint:height of christmas tree= height of wall
- First, I have to measure my height and the distance between me and the christmas tree. The distance between me and the christmas tree is 150 cm and my height is 114.587696 cm
- Using the clinometer I can determine one angle. The angle is 40 degree
- Using trigonometry we can find the height of the tree.Height=150/tan 40 height= 146.84243546 cmso the christmas tree height is simply the height found from the equation + my heightso the height of the christmas tree is simply 343.7630888 cm
- now i have to call my friend to help me to get the star at the top of the tree
