Hi! my name is Ella, Im 28 and I live on as well as own a farm. My farm has a variety of animals. I have a well balanced diet and I exercise 5 times a week. Recently I came to the doctors office because I have been experiencing swelling In my ankles and hands. After the doctor ran some texts it comes to find out I have Kidney failure also known as Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)

After finding out I have Kidney failure I didn't know what to do, it felt like my body had failed me even though I tried to do everything right and take care of my body in all the right ways. After some test I have stage 3b and it was a gene I inherited from my mothers side of the family.

It has been a challenge living with stage 3 Kidney failure but if you're ever diagnosed with CKD it'll be okay, make sure you take all precautions to keep your body safe and healthy, have a support system by your side and remember its not your fault you got kidney failure, you can do everything right like I have and end up in kidney failure or you can do not so healthy things and never end up with any disease in your life. Don't be hard on yourself, make sure you take care of your body and get regular doctor visits.
