- The main characters are Pete and Jess. They are in the rented house in New England's Cape Cod.
- CLIMAX
- Jesse wanted anything to get away from "Pete's lectures and all those pitying eyes" so he agreed to go get the milk since they ran out.
- FALLING ACTION
- Jesse had passed by the store so he kept driving to a convenience store that was 30 minutes away. He began thinking about how the accident had affected his life.
- RESOLUTION
- As Jessie pulled into the empty parking lot, he saw a "moving rock". Little did he know that the "moving rock" was actually a dolphin.
- Jesse begins to wish he would've listened to Pete. He knew he had to save the dolphin, but he didn't know how he could help the dolphin.
- Jesse successfully saves the dolphin. Saving the dolphin makes Jesse happy and proud that he was able to save the dolphin by himself. I think the dolphin might have changed how Jesse thinks about Pete's "lectures"
