- Communism as a social and economic system came into prominence after World War I. Before that rich people were very rich and poor people were very poor and no one was treated equally.
- Everything should be under the control of government.
- Communism is a social system in which property is owned by the state rather than individuals. Everyone is equal. Rich is not too much rich and poor is not too much poor.
- Finally I have a house to live in. Now I will bring my family here and we will live happily.
- The movement took root in Russia, ruled by the Tsars, a powerful monarchy in power since the 17th century, and by rich landlords. Conditions in early 20th century were harsh for the poor and the situation was made worse by World War I.

- Some people were happy with communism whereas some were not happy as they wanted to live under Capitalism and do not wanted to be equal with the poor ones.
