  • Act I
  • What mean’st thou by that? “Mend” me, thou saucy fellow?
  • Nay, I beseech you, sir, be not out with me. Yet, if you be out, sir, I can mend you.
  • Act I
  • Caesar! Beware the Ides of March!!
  • You're a dreamer. I'm leaving.
  • Act II
  • And let us swear our resolution
  • Give me your hands all over, one by one.
  • The people of Rome are in the streets, celebrating Caesar's victory over Pompey. When Flavius and Marullus, supporters of Pompey, run into a citizen. The tribunes complain about the celebration and the cobbler responds with jokes and puns.
  • Act II
  • While at the races, Caesar is approached by a Soothsayer who warns him to beware the Ides of March. Caesar completely ignores him and his warning and continues on like nothing happened.
  • Act III
  • Liberty! Freedom! Tyranny is dead! Run hence, proclaim, cry it about the streets.
  • Later that night, Brutus meets with the conspirators, Casca, Cassius, Cinna, Trebonius and Metellus. The conspirators manipulate Brutus to join their movement.
  • Act III
  • You gentel Romans- *Speech* To every Roman citizen he gives—to every individual man—seventy-five drachmas. Also, he’s left you all his walkways—in his private gardens and newly planted orchards—on this side of the Tiber River.
  • Calpurnia has a dream or a vision on a stormy night. Calpurnia sees her husband being killed with many Romans washing their hands in his blood. She cries out several times during her sleep waking Caesar. Calpurnia warns Caesar and convinces him to stay home.
  • 
  • Decius changes Calpurnia's dream and persuades Caesar to go to the senate-house. Caesar is surrounded by the conspirators when they gather around him and each takes a turn stabbing him. Caesar is extremely hurt by Brutus' betrayal and dies at the revelation that he had even failed his friend.
  • People and senators, be not affrighted. Fly not. Stand still. Ambition’s debt is paid.
  • Et tu Brute. Then fall Caesar.
  • Brutus allows Antony to speak at Caesar's funeral, with a few conditions. Brutus gives his speech, winning the people over and leading the plebians to believe he had saved them from a possible disaster. Antony then gives his speech and easily sways the people's opinions when mentioning how honorable Caesar was and by bringing up his will. The conspirators are then chased out of Rome.
  • Revenge! Let’s go after them! Seek! Burn! Set fire! Kill! Slay! Leave no traitors alive!
