- At the end Ryan accomplished the goal, and James didn’t.
- I feel much better now that I have accomplished the goal
- Months later James realized how good Ryan felt after he accomplish the goal so he decided to ask him how did he achieved it.
- Hey, so what was your strategy to achieve the goal?
- Yes, that's right because when you do it a habit, you are doing it repetitively and without thinking of it, and I imagine it is a lot easier that way..
- It´s all about doing it constantly and making it a habit
