  • Purpose:The HR Department is responsible for assessing the knowledge, skills, abilities, andother traits of a candidate that will meet the requirements of a job. To fill up the variousvacancies of the organization, The HR department needs to conduct interviews in orderto scrutinize and select the right candidate.
  • Responsibility:The HR department is responsible to conduct interviews in a predefined manner.

  • Scope:To evaluate the right candidate based on their skills and abilities, also need toschedule the interview accordingly.
  • Step 1 : Following is the procedure of Interview: After screening / sorting of candidates, The HR Department will get all therelated details like the candidate’sTotal years of experience related to IT profile,Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice period, Reason to Change the previous organizationand if all the details are matched then the HR Department will forward thecandidate’s updated resume to the concerned head of department.
  • ❖ Telephonic Interview script is predefined and available in the link below.● The head of department will screen the updated resume and based on that theywill shortlist the candidate.● After shortlisting the candidate’s resume, the head of department will share their
  • The HR Department will confirm the time slot with the candidate.● If the candidate is also convenient with the same time slot then the HRDepartment will send the Interview schedule via email with the details such asDate, Time, Venue, Mode of Interview and the Interviewer Name to thecandidate. Interviews would be conducted on the zoom calls with belowinstructions:
  • At the start of the interview, candidates will be required to show their PhotoIdentification (an item containing a photo of the applicant and the first andlast name of the applicant).For example- aadhar card, driving license,passport.❖ Recruiter will take the screenshot of the ID proof at the time when candidatewill show it on the zoom call.❖ Candidate can hide all sensitive information, including the Date ofBirth, before showing the ID.
  • The interview will be on Zoom (AugustCode Solutions' Conference Portal).❖ Candidate will need an internet connection, a video camera (webcam), anda phone/landline (optional) for this meeting. Please ensure the video camera (webcam) of the candidate computer isturned on during the interview.The interviewer panelist will keep the webcamoff. Please ensure the candidate's face is centrally placed on the screen of yourcomputer during the interview.
  • When a candidate is coming for an interview, candidates have to fill the“Interview Instruction Sheet” (Anneure - 2) before appearing for an interview.Candidates have to appear for subject specific written test / practical test asdesigned for various functions.After the written test, candidates have to appear for HR Technical Interview.. HR and Interview panel members will have to give feedback by filling the googleform”DBD: Interview” which will be considered as final result and refer to thefurther process as well as future records.
