  • Since the bill has been accepted by the majority of the committee, it is now passed down to the House of Origin. Now the bill is voted upon by the House of Representatives. and the bill is then to be passed down to the senate after having a 2/3 voting. Now the senate has to debate over this bill and choose the best decision. A filibuster was tried but it failed. 67 out of 100 senators voted in favor of this bill, which means now it will be passed to the President.

Which will tend from, agreeing with the bill, President uses pocketveto, president does not sign while congress is in session or he vetoes, or congressional override of veto will occur.

  • The president looks over the bill and debates over his decision. He likes the idea of the bill and agrees with it. The president signs the bill and it becomes a law.
