Which will tend from, agreeing with the bill, President uses pocketveto, president does not sign while congress is in session or he vetoes, or congressional override of veto will occur.

The president looks over the bill and debates over his decision. He likes the idea of the bill and agrees with it. The president signs the bill and it becomes a law.
