Maintaining a healthy body fat level improves sleep. reduces stress, strengthens bone, and helps you live longer. Flexibility refers to how well your joints and muscles move. Less flexibility means less range of motion. Muscular Endurance: Using muscles with light weight for a long time. Improves energy, mood, sleep, and weight control. Muscular Strength: using muscles with heavy weight for a short time. Boosts energy, balance, and reduces injury risk. Cardiovascular Endurance: Long, low-intensity exercise that strengthens the heart and lungs.
