- In the fall of 1777 the battle Saratoga was a turning point in the American Revolution. On September 19th British General John Burgoyne made a small victory in defeating America. But then was defeated by america and forced to retreat.
- On April 1776 Goerge Washington moved the patriots to New York. Since he new that the British wanted to attack New York so they were ready for the attack that was coming. But in June British gathered around the DOCK witch meant that they could control the land, witch they ended up doing.
- On June 17 1775 the British defeated the Americans at the Battle of Bunker Hill in Massachusetts. Despite their loss the colonist's did fight fair while British cheated with the help of the other colonies not involved.
- On the night of April 18 1775 hundreds of British soldiers marched down to the colonists in order to seize them. Paul Revere sounded the alarm. The colonists fled to the greens of Lexington only to be followed into a battle. But in the end America won.
