- Banquo starts suspecting that Macbeth killed Duncan and he remembers the witches prophecy. He remembered the witches never said how he would become king. That's when Macbeth decides he needs to kill Banquo and his son in order to have all the power to himself.

- Macbeth sends three murders to kill Banquo while he was riding his horse out of the castle gates.Macbeth does this so people wont start to suspect him. They were also hired to kill his son Fleance but he was able to escape before killing him but, Banquo does die.
- Jeez woman i'll go talk to the witches soon.
- what's your plan now? You sound like a fool . Make me cover all your mistakes.
- One murder comes into the banquet and lets Macbeth know that the deed is done but Fleance escaped. Lady Macbeth wants to know what's going on but Macbeth tells her he'll let her know later. His guest start to get suspicious of where Macbeth has gone so Macbeth makes the murder leave.

- During the banquet Macbeth sees Banquos ghost in his chair and point him out but everyone thought he was just delusional.This is be Macbeth's conscious telling him what he's doing is bad he says "Thy bones are marrowless, thy blood is cold." He knows that Banquo is dead but his mind is still seeing him and this makes Macbeth look delusional when speaking of him and he's not present. (3-4-116)
- Macbeth wants to know more about the propecy the witches made him.He is getting desperate with what he wants. He also wants to know what the worst of his fate will be so he can prepare for the worst before it happens .
- Hecate is mad that the witches gave Macbeth a prophecy. Hecate ends up working with the witches.Hecate is going to torture Macbeth she says "i'll catch it ere it come to ground.The strength of their illusion shall draw on to his confusion."This  they are going to mess with what Macbeth see with illusions that aren't real.(3-5-122)
