The individual will learn how to scan items and then ask how the customer is going to pay
come to the store. when you arrive, you will see signs directing you to the donation spot. An attendant will be there to help

In this scenario, the buyer chose to pay with cash. Because of this, the trainee will receive the money, enter the amount they were given, and see the change they need to give back
Once they have all the change, they will give it back to the customer alone with their bagged items and receipt
Towards the end of the training session, the customer will generate a few questions for the trainee to prepare them for common real-life questions. Here is an example of a question they could ask.
