- Texans started creating more jobs during this era. To make this successful they left rural areas and moved to suburban areas, they created jobs to produce more military goods.
- Texas contained 175 military installations including War camps, Army forts, and Airfields. They were located near the borders and the majority were located near suburban areas like Dallas leaving 175 military installations, 65 army airfields, 35 army forts, 7 naval bases and 60 prisoners of war camps.
- Around 700,000 Texans both men and women were serving for the war. The most common thing that they did was fight in battlefields but many others made protected Texas borders medical supplies, and food.
- Hitler put down concentration camps and put people in great pain. other people found out that he was torturing Jews and reported. later, Britans surrendered
- 2 Atomic bombs came down (Hiroshima, Nagasaki) on Japan after the Pearl Harbor bombing. Japan later gave up because of the great damage that it caused.
- Hitler invades Poland and WW2 slowly creeps up. He tries taking it over and succeeds.
