- Its a hot summer day in june around 10 o'clock everyone in the town started gathering between the post office and the bank. They were gathering for the yearly Lottery that the village has.All of the villager participate in the anual lottery,even the children.These lotterys arent very long at all, they last about 2 hours. This town is a very small populated town so they dont take much time.

- The kids started to gather around and talking about school casue lt was the start of summer.All the kids were excited for the lottery.While most of the kids where talking Bobby Martin started to gather stones first.As soon as Bobby started to gather stones the rest of the kids started to gather stones right behind him.
- Mr.Summers and the village started to fully gather around all but Clyde Dunbar and they started draw from the lottery box. With tons of built up anticipation everyone was very curious and nervous. They drew each name one by one waiting for the one that had the black dot on it.
- Mrs.Hutchinson draws her name from the box and starts to panic a little while other villagers start to gather stones. Mrs.Delacriox having a little hatred for Mrs.Hutchinson picked up a big enough stone where she needed to hold it with both hands. Then as they all start to pick up the stones they start to throw them at Mrs. Hutchinson. After being trampled with stones she wasnt very mobile.She then was deceased from the impact of the stones.
