- Hi my name is Samantha and I am 30 years old. When I was ...around 9, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. This is how it went.

OH, and I had to exercise, daily.l So instead of sugary drinks, I would drink water. Instead of chips and fries I would eat fruits and vegetables
