Sir, i am little bit confused about forces
so Vineet! What do you know about forces?
good Vineet! now i am going to tell you about contact and non-contact forces by showing you some examples.
force is a push or pull which an object experiences when it interacts with another object.
but firstly you have to know the meaning of contact and non-contact forces.
contact forces is the force which acts only when objects are in physical contact with each other and non-contact force is the force of interaction which acts on an object without its having any direct physical contact with another body.
just observe the examples only then you will know about these.

you can see, i am holding the books. so, my muscles are being used to holding the books. therefore, its called muscular force or you can say contact force.
now, if i unhold the books, they will fall down because there will be no physical contact but there will be another force that will act on the books is gravitational force or non-contact force.
