Selection Day
Everyone in Abnegation is no better than another. They all care about everyone but themselves and feel everyone should be equal, Beatrice feels however she cannot follow these standards for the rest of her life.
Dauntless Experience
Beatrice finds out she is Divergent, and is not just one faction, but many, she is very different and must not tell anyone, she still is not sure what faction she shall choose.
The War
Beatrice decides to follow her own path and not her families and decides to join Dauntless over Abnegation, her former faction.
On the Run
Beatrice goes through the hardest training she's ever experienced, it is almost torture, but she meets Four and they fall in love, she still must keep her Divergent a secret or she may be killed, but she made it as a Dauntless and was very happy.
Beatrice finds out that Erudite is planning to attack Abnegation and must stop them. The Erudite inject all the Dauntless with a simulation and take control of them, however, her and Four are immune because they are Divergent, she goes on a long journey to take down Erudite and the simulation and eventually finally does, but loses her parents.
Beatrice, Four, and a group of Abnegation members are now on the run from the Dauntless and Erudite with the simulation chip, they must restore peace among the factions without destroying society.
