- Emperor Tang arrives on the bank of the Yellow River. He is amazed by the quality of the fertile soil and the river available for him and his party.
- Emperor Tang wanted to live here so he went to get a few people to build a palace.
- Emperor Tang came back with two other servants and told them to build a palace for him.
- So straight away they got to work.
- After 2 days pasted a palace was built just by those two servants. The emperor wanted to protect himself even more so he told his servants that he wanted a wall built to protect him from the enemies. The servants agreed with it and started right away on plain, flat ground.
- The emperor was impressed and enjoyed his life in side the city walls inside his palace.
