- I am ready for my first game. I am really excited

- Ow, that really hurt.
- My first-time playing soccer ever. It was our first game of the fall season for recreational soccer. I remember being 4 years old with a big soccer jersey and long pig tails with my team bow. My dad was the coach alongside my best friend’s dad. The game was early morning when the sunrise looked like a blazing red and orange fire with blue, pink, and purple cotton candy clouds.

- These are my best friends for life.
- The moment I stepped out of the family van I felt happy as the wind brushed through my hair, the sun warmed my skin and the adrenaline kicked in. While the fall leaves and the fall treeschanged into sunrise colors. As I stepped on the field, I was ready for this new experience.
- Me trying for Highschool soccer really nervous but making it with my friends by my side.
- The game began. While the game was playing I got hit in the face with ball. When I got home I was crying to quit soccer. My parents convinced me to continue to play because I was a tough kid. After That day I have been playing soccer ever since.

- My perspective, thoughts, and feelings have changed so much over time. They have changed because when I look back, I am glad I listened to my parents. If I didn’t, I wouldn't have all the friends I made, some became my best friends, and most important the great memories I made throughout the years. Now soccer is my favorite sport and a big part of my life now and forever.
- Don’t be afraid of the little things that make you want to stop doing the things you enjoy. You must continue to work and have fun doing the things you want to do. This experience taught me to always be strong to get through the little things and to be stronger to get through the big thing
- Am I good enough. Can I do this?
- Trying new things might have surprises here and there. They might be good or bad, but you must get past them. That you must adapt, change, and get past to continue to try the new things to see if you enjoy them. When you give up easily you may realize later that it was the best experience that made you stronger and wish that you continued to do it.
- Playing soccer was the best choice I have ever made. I am really good and could be better.
