Hobbs listen, if you allow cencorship of all media people will not be able to express themselves fully
Mill, with people who are naturally terrible. Having free reign to media will only allow humans natural evil to reek havock in mainstream media and harm others
While I do agree with your thoughts on people bringing harm to others through media, that should not bar people from expressing their thoughts and having a free space to express their dissagreements

Even so Sir Mill, if the internet is full of people expressing their opinions there can also be ones spreading missinformation about the same topics. People are just naturally evil, if they are not controlled with cencorship of media how will one be able to know what is real information and what is not
