- Once we arrive at the Kabah in Mecca, we walk around it 7 times. (Muslims believe that the Kabah was built by the prophet Ibraham (pbuh) and his son, Ismail (pbuh) 4000 years ago.
- Then, we run between 2 points known as Safa and Marwa. (helps pilgrims remeber an important person in muslim history). We also drink the water from this well.
- Then we camp here in Mina and throw stones at these 3 stone pillars. These pillars represent devils.
- All the pilgrims travel to Arafat and spend the whole day praying. After sunset we go to Muzdalifah where we spend the night with other pilgrims outside.
- Men shave their hair and sacrifice animals as done by Prophet Ibraham (pbuh). This day is known as Eid-ul-Adha
- Finally, we come back to the Kabah and go around it another 7 times. Once we complete the last rituals, you are declared a hajji (men) and a hajja (women)
