- Remy's Best Day
- One day when Remy woke up, Clive was gone! Remy searched and called for him in the backyard but itdidn't help.
- Remy would do anything to find his best friend so he quickly set out into the woods. He searched for what felt like hours.
- Once upon a time there was a normal little boy named Remy. Remy lived with his mom and dog, Clive in a very regular town. He was happy and loved his mom butRemy wanted more.
- All of the sudden Remy feltdizzy and weak. When Remy woke up, he knew something was different. But what was it? What had happened?
- Remy's mom suggested that he go search in the woods behind their house. Clive had gotten through a hole in the fence once before. The only rule she gave Remy was that he could not pick the pink flowers that grow near the yellow flowers.
- “Thank you for helping me. My name is KC. Now I will do you a favor in return? Is there something you need?”
- Remy felt defeated. He wondered if he would ever find Clive. Exhausted, Remy plopped down on the ground to think. Lost in thought, Remy found himself playing with a flower.It's just a flower anyway. Remy thought, What is the big deal?
- Remy's mother was standing in the driveway as if she'd known when the would be returning.Mom! You'll never believe it! I can talk to animals! Remy called out.
- Out of the blue, he heard a voice, Help!Hello? Remy asked. The voice repeated themselves. There were no people around but Remy saw a cat in a tree.Can you talk?? Remy asked in shock.Yes of course! Now help me down! the cat demanded
- What's going on!!?
- Yes actually! This is so great. Can help me find my dog Clive? Remy asked KC.I saw a dog down by the river! Let's check there. the cat replied.Remy was so happy to see his friend again! He told Clive all about his crazy, magical day and to his surprise, Clive said he already knew.We should get you home to talk to your mother. Clive added
- Hi Clive, Hi KC Remy's mom said. Remy was confused.You know? Remy asked.It's an old family secret, you just had to find out for yourself. I guess Clive wanted to talk to you so bad, he decided to give you a hand. We are far from ordinary.Remy thought about all the new friends he would make and smiled. I am the luckiest kid in the world. he said. Then, Hey, I'm starving. Let's eat dinner. The four of them went inside to eat dinner and live happily ever after
