Attendance App Story Board

I have to do my attendance and fill out this forms.
Is there other way to take our attendance except filling out in this google forms? I mad a mistake while taking an attendance and it was marked late.
We should create an app that can get an accurate time in and time out of the employees.
I think we can develop an attendance application for the employees.

Attendance is Maintained using WEB App. The admin can view the list of employees and their attendances. Admin can also add and edit employees information. The app can print reports such as attendance and employee ID .
