- I was really shy and nervous. I wasn't confident and didn't want to ask questions when I needed help.
- The beginning of first semester .....
- Omg! I don't get this.
- Should I raise my hand or not? No I'll just won't do it.
- The middle of first semester .....
- I can't let anything pull me down, I have to ask questions whenever I need help! I will change!
- I started realizing my grades were not what i wanted and expected. I had to start asking questions and beat my nervousness. I thought about what I will do to get my grades up.
- I felt confident and didn't let anything get in my way.
- Each time I had a question, i would raise my hand and ask for help. My grades started going up.
- The end of first semester .....
- Ms.? I have a question.
- Second Semester
- Yes!!!!
- Anyone who needs help, Itzel is the person to ask.
- I am not afraid anymore and ask many questions. My grades are going up each time and I am mostly the person who finishes their work early and tutors. I changed in a positive way!
- What hanged? : In the beginning of first semester I started as being shy and nervous. I would't ask for help and not do my work which caused me to have low grades. Through out the semester I changed to having confidence. How? : I started to ask questions every time I had a problem. I didn't let my fear and nervousness beat me. Why? : I changed because I started realizing that my grades where not what i wanted. I wasn't proud of my grades.
- Smart Goal I will ask questions every time I have a problem and be confident. I will not be shy and have fear in doing something that would benefit me. I will keep my good grades good. This will help me be a better person, and I will make my family proud.
