- In 2 days it will soon be my first day of high school. My heart is beating extremely fast as I’m pacing back and forth in my room while explaining to my mom how my first day is going to be.
- Finally, the day is here, the first day of high school. As I’m walking in the school building , I'm seeing some of the people I grew up with, and upperclassmen I had never met before and some of them I haven’t seen in a long time.
- As I’m walking down the halls I start searching for my schedule on my phone, also trying to avoid eye contact with other people. While I’m walking I hear someone call my name and I immediately pop my head up in confusion, looking at what seemed to have been 20 people in the hallways. I started seeing a familiar face smiling and waving at me, it was one of my closest friends, Robyn.
- The next morning, I prepared myself for school and put on my best outfit. I walk into the school building and all my nervousness is suddenly gone, I feel as if there wasn’t a reason for me to be nervous. I get my schedule from my counselor and walk to my class looking like a lost puppy.
