- Host has some exciting news
- The reveal
- Everyone goes back after being briefed
- Everyone is gathered a t the lobby and the host announces that he has something to tell. A close up is used on his face to create tension.
- (next day) everyone wakes up
- The host tells the contestants that they will have to battle each other in a cooking battle in 6 days which will decide top 3 chefs , the person that comes last will have to leave. Camera cuts to contestants to show they're surprised faces.
- (2 days before battle)
- They all go back to they're room, a high angle is used to follow the participants back to the rooms. Everyone goes to sleep to get ready for tomorrow.
- (1 day before)
- All the contestants wake up and get ready to got to the market so they can purchase ingredients and experiment with the dish before they have to battle each other off in a cooking battle. A time-lapse effect is used and calming music is put in the background to show all of the contestants shopping.
- A flash-forward is used to 2 days before the battle. Everyone has made a plan on how to execute their dish.
- All of the contestants are revising their dish and adding final touches so they get it perfect tomorrow. Close ups of the faces are shown to show they're nervous faces but the dishes stay hidden
