DDAB Scenario 1 Bad

I find that hard to believe as we always rotate our stock.
Excuse me, I want to make a complain ! I have bought this bag of sweets from your counter and noticed that it is out of date!
They are only a month out of date so they are probably fine.
Well they definitely are - look
Well what do you want me to do about it?
They are still out of date and at your prices, it isn't what I would have expected
There is no need to overreact; it's only a few sweets.
I want a refund! It's out of date. it ,might not be safe to eat, you might have poised me!
