This has been my first time as a shop steward. Hopefully I'm doing a good job!

I need to come to a decision as I need to bring this up to management.
This is Layla she is the shop steward at WMD LTD. She's been working at WMD LTD since the store opened.
Speaking to a co-worker

Layla is a single mother to a five-year-old son. She didn't realize how much time away from him she would spend. She has to hold gatherings with individuals as well as foster a feeling of solidarity.
Meeting up with management
They shouldn't feel alarmed. As their jons are not at risk.

Relaying the news
Management has assured me that your jobs are not at risk!
Well that's a relief!
After the meeting Layla was feeling a bit conflicted, because as a shop steward she shouldn't be taking sides.
Layla has to address the management on matters that were discussed in the meeting. The staff were complaining about employer stability.
As WMD LTD is expanding, many of the staff are concerned for their jobs.
As a shop steward, it is Layla's duty to report back to the workers on their concerns.
