סקירה כללית על הפעילות
בפעילות זו התלמידים ישלימו השתקפות עצמית על רמות הבריאות שלהם. ניתן למדוד ולדרג כל אזור של בריאות על פי סולם בין 1 (הנמוך ביותר) ל- 5 (הגבוה ביותר). יש לעודד את התלמידים לבזבז זמן ולחשוב על כל רמת בריאות, מכיוון שפעילות ראשונה זו תשמש בסיס לפעילויות נוספות בתכנית שיעור זו.
כאשר התלמידים קיבלו ציון ברמות הבריאות שלהם, עליהם לבחור את שלושת התחומים הנמוכים ביותר ולתאר מדוע הם נמוכים. התלמידים היו צריכים כבר לנסח רעיונות כיצד הם יכולים לשפר כל תחום לאחר שסיימו. אם יש לסטודנטים כל חמישיות, בקש מהם לבחור שלושה תחומים ולדבר על איך הם משיגים רמות בריאות גבוהות אלה.
