- When Martin Luther nailed the "95 Theses" to the wall the Catholic Church didn't agree.

- I Ban you from reading the 95 Theses and Luther if you continue you will be excommunicationed
- So the Catholic Church took action to this by banning people from reading the 95 Theses and threatened Luther to excommunication.

- We have decided to let these changes happen allowing the 95 Theses able to be read.
- Martin Luther helped make some changes by challenging the Catholic Church's authority. Instead of being depended on the Catholic Church for salvation each person could individually be saved by grace. Martin Luther's writings were responsible for the detachmentof the Catholic Church and the sparking of the Protestant Reformation.The detachmentof the Catholic Church can also be known as the Council of Trent.
