Sir Lucan was a great knight. He will be always be remembered.
King Arthur had a dream of Sir Gawain coming to warn him to not fight Sir Mordred or else he and many other would die. Instead, he told him to wait a month for Sir Lancelot to kill Mordred.
This sword is too expensive to throw in the river.
A knight accidentally drew his sword to kill a snake, which caused a battle in which many died. Arthur and Mordred fought and both were fatally wounded.
Sir Bedeviere and Sir Lucan were helping King Arthur, when Sir Lucan died from a fatal wound. Sir Bedeviere takes King Arthur to a chapel.
King Arthur asks Sir Bedeviere to throw his sword in the river. He hides the sword twice, because he thinks it's too valuable to throw away. The third time, he throws it in the river, and a hand reaches out and grabs it.
Sir Bediviere brings King Arthur to the river at his request. Three queens come on a boat to get him to take him to Avalon, and he goes with them.
After Arthur was taken, Sir Bediviere went to a hermitage, where the hermit told him that some ladies had brought King Arthur's body there. Sir Bediviere spent the rest of his life at the hermitage.
