I disagree with you because they are a very easy way to pay for the extra little bit of tax.
yes they may make it easier to pay the little extra but it costs 1.7 cents to make something thats worth one cent in the modern society.
that may be true but there is also a lot of history in the US pennie we could just change the material used in the pennie.
yes that would be the case but youre only looking at a 15 years though instead of long term it will take longer to replace materiels then you think.

Yes that may be true but you said pennies cost 1.7 cents to make corrrect? Well that means over the next 15 years it will cost the us 301 million dollers to make the pennies with current materials but way less money to replace materieals.
