What law shall we try and pass today. Remember it can't include anything about freedom of speech, people peacefully assemble, or people asking help from our government.

Congress can't make any laws containing freedom of speech, right for people to peacefully assemble, and to complain or ask for help from the government.
Amendment 4
I know my rights. You can't search without a permit.
States and citizens are allowed to protect themselves by having possession of weapons.
Amendment 5
This man can not be charged for the same robbery twice. Mistrial!
Lets make this trail quick. The defense for the accused will be the Assistance of Council.
Only the law can allow soldiers to be quartered without the owner's permission during a time of peace or war.

No person can be accused of the same crime twice and can not be a witness against himself.
The right to have a quick and public trial with an unbiased jury. They will be informed of the accusation, confront the witnesses against him, have the chance to gather witnesses in his favor, and have the Assistance of Council for a defense.
