Nicola Tesla was born in the Austrian Empire in what is now Croasia in 1856. His father was an Oethodoc priest who wished for his son to follow in his footsteps, but Nikola was only interested in science.
His mother invented labour saving devices in her spare time, and Tesla attributed his inventiveness to her.
He became ill around the age of 17 and spent 9 months in bed. If he recovered from the illness, his father promised to send him to the best science education.
He then entered universities and began to be fascinated by the myterious phonema of electricity in his classes and wanted to know more about this wonderful force. He worked incredibly hard, barely sleeping. He'd carry this trait with him for the rest of his life. He failed numerous times when it came to inventing electrical devices.
However, he was eventually successful in patenting the 'Tesla Coil' in 1891 which generates a high-voltage, low-current, high-frequency alternating current.Tesla created his coil in order to transmit electricity through the air. His setup was straightforward. He intended to transmit electrical energy through the earth using a few coils spread across the globe. Wherever power was required, all that was required was a receiving coil to convert the power into a usable form.
We were extremely grateful for Tesla's efforts. His ideas served as the foundation for our current way of life. His discovery of alternating current aids in the illumination of houses, buildings, and other infrastructure.Because of his Tesla Coil, scientists also experimented with wireless communication and tried to improve it. Nowadays, Tesla Coils are widely used in radios, televisions, and other electronics today. Thanks to his discoveries and inventions, we can talk to our loved ones even if they are far away.
