- Terrible, I failed the test, I couldn't even start. I was so scared!

- It's okay Albert, I know you knew the material. What happened?
- I froze up, I couldn't do anything, it was horrible.

- Just remind yourself that you know it on the test tomorrow, it makes it feel worse if you psych yourself out. Just trusting in your abilities is half of the battle when it comes to difficult tasks like this.
