  • I have learned that when you get stressed out, it can cause your diet to either eat less or eat more than you usually eat on a daily basis. This can be really bad for you because if you were to be overweight or underweight, it can cause conditions and diseases. For example, it can cause diabetes, weight loss, weigh gains, fatigue, depression, and more.

  • I also learned that there are three other types of wellnesses which are Mental, Social, and Physical Wellnesses. Physical wellness is what you throughout the day. Social wellness is how you communicate with others. Whether it's strangers, family, or friends. Mental Wellness is how you think of yourself.

  • I need to workout!
  • I have learned how physical activity is very important in life. Such as muscle strength, muscle endurance, and cardio vascular is important. I have also learned about when thinking of making a goal for yourself, think of SMART goals. It means to have a specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound goal. Another thing is FITT to set up a good fitness log where you keep track at where your at physically. Also, I have learned that there are other ways for you to burn calories. Like working out. Another thing I've learned is that any kind of stress can cause a heart attack.
