- 300 spartans fight the persian they loose but they were able to hold them off for 3 days

- - one major outcome was it introduced a new military method
- Greece destroys the Persian navy and wins

- This was the last battle of the war and greece wins
- these are three major outcomes
- - the last major event was it aloud greek culture to continue to thrive
- - another major event was the creation of the delian league
