- Joe needs $5 to ride the bus home from Surrey. His friend John agrees to give him $5 in return for $6 the next day.
- Offer
- Sure, but you can only use it for 3 hours.
- Joe then grabs water to prepare himself for the long ride home. He pays $2.58 for two water bottles.
- Breach of Contract
- Just give me a few more hours.
- Joe decides to get a car, so he doesn't have to pay for buses. He signs the contract given to him by the company.
- Consideration
- I'll do it for you for $10.
- Joe borrows his neighbors vacuum cleaner in exchange
