  • The duke expresses his desire to exhaust his passion for Olivia by listening to the fuel of his passionate love (music) of Olivia by listening to in in excess in order to satiate his passion until he's fed up
  • Act 1 Scene 4 (A room in the Duke's palace)

  • Maria reprimands Sir Toby about his reckless drinking and reveals Olivia's distaste for it as well as her distaste for the knight Sir Toby brought as a suitor for her.
  • Act 2 Scene 1 (The sea-coast)

  • Valentine comments on the adoration Orsino has for Cesario and Cesario questions the duke's consistency.
  • Olivia agrees to speak to Cesario after hearing about his persistence from Malvolio. In this scene, Cesario attempts to read the Duke's letter to Olivia.
  • Upon being told that he cannot accompany Sebastian, Antonio requests to know his intentions.
  • "Let me yet know of you whither are bound."
