i have a flat tire and can't pick you up!
A and B have high levels of risk because I walk home people might follow me and harm my family while being mentally paranoid and if I hitch hike they might steal and kill me.

But I will call my dad because I trust him and it is at a low level of risk so I do not have to be paranoid about any high risks
I will also tell him to get mom because she is in a state of high risk and he needs to get to her before he gets me
