  • There are different types of collective bargaining. Not all types of collective bargaining are the same. In fact, collective bargaining can be divided into several categories.
  • Deadlock negotiations: Is a state of affairs wherever the negotiators square measure searching for solutions which could resolve the dispute, however square measure unable to search out one that either side might change into the ultimate settlement.
  • Even so, before negotiations occurs there is usually a dispute or a cause for the negotiations.
