טקסט Storyboard

  • The sacrifice
  • I will go to Crete as a sacrifice and kill the minotaur.
  • Good luck son.
  • King Minos
  • Who would like to go into the Minotaur's den first?
  • I will!
  • Into the Labyrinth
  • Here take this string.
  • Excellent! I could marry a girl as clever as you!
  • Even if you can kill the Minotaur you won't ever find your way back to the entrance unless you use this.
  • The Athenian people send 7 men and 7 women to Crete every 9 years (other versions say every year) as a sacrifice to the minotaur so that King Minos would not start a war. Prince Theseus (left) decided to go to Crete as a sacrifice for the Minotaur and kill it. If he was to succeed he would put a brand new white sail on the ship. If he failed and died they would put up a black sail.
  • Death of the Minotaur
  • I have defeated the minotaur!
  • The 14 people ( 7 men and 7 women) including Prince Theseus were sent to Crete as a sacrifice. When Minos asked who would like to be sacrificed first Theseus volunteered.
  • Grave mistake
  • Ariadne King Minos' daughter Ariadne gave Theseus some string to help him find his way back to the entrance. After that he said something that caused problems later on. ( Ariadne is above the ground since the labyrinth is underground)
  • The stupid decision
  • Theseus defeated the Minotaur. He followed the string back to the entrance and escaped the labyrinth. Then Ariadne and Theseus freed the others and sailed away.
  • Theseus was planning on changing the sail until Ariadne thought that she was married to him because she saved him.
  • I will now change the sails to white
  • I'm so glad I'm married to a man like you.
  • Theseus dropped of Ariadne and the rest of the slaves and continued to sail. When his father King Aegeus saw the black sail still up thinking that his son was dead jumped of a cliff and into the ocean which was later named after him ( Aegeus sea).
