I'm not so sure I picked the right major. I'm also not doing well mentally and physically. Maybe I should take a break from college to improve my mental and physical health and decide what I want to do after graduating.
How am I going to explain this to my family. I feel like they're just going to get upset and tell me it's a bad idea and I should just keep pushing through to complete my degree

What if you don't go back? Is it really that hard to manage? Why don't you just take it one day at a time and get through it?

You don't think we felt that way too? We worked so hard so you could have this opportunity and you just want to throw it away and waste it?
I'm going to go back when I'm ready. It feels like I'm just going through the motions and I'm not actually learning or growing. Each day I continue to spiral mentally and physically and you both aren't taking that seriously.
