Suitors from all over the land came to display their skills to Princess Selena, in hopes she would choose them to be her husband.
Princess Selena began to feel sad and unworthy of her abilities. Until, her close friend, Facundo, comes to her with a suggestion.
You should talk to them, show them you dont need to marry to rule.
I dont want to marry to rule the kingdom, why cant my parents see this?
Princess Selena pleaded to her parents that she is ready to takeover the kingdom without a marriage. Her parents, caring for their daughter, allowed her the ability to show them that she can assume responsibility without any help from a husband.
Please mom and dad i don't want to marry to takeover the kingdom, I can do it.
We will allow you to preform some kingdom duties, and if you're successful you will not have to marry.
Over 3 months, Princess Selena preformed queen duties and pleased the whole kingdom, including her parents. She helped her people, made big decisions and hosted balls, all without the help of a man.
