- So... Fixed salary is a secure form of income that is provided regardless of any situation, for example when you exceed the allotted leave days, but still get paid. Fringe benefits are types of payments that include healthcare, schooling, transportation, and normal salary.Performance-related pay is extra payment given to a worker based on their performance in their occupation.Commision is a payment given to a worker in the form of a percentage of a large payment that is handled by a worker.Bonus is extra payment given to a worker on special occassions on top of their regular salary or wage. - I think I want to be a computer science teacher. I think this is the right occupation for me because it will provide me with great fringe benefits, and I love teaching. (1)
