Which means no one can be smarter, stronger, or more pretty than anyone else.To be equal the Handicapper general, Diana Moon Glampers makes everyone wear handicaps like intelligent people wear mental handicap radios that make noises every 20 seconds, beautiful people wear masks, and strong people wear weights.
- I'm intelligent and an athlete so i have to wear handicap headphones, and weights that weigh forty seven pounds.
- I'm Harrison's mom and I don't have to wear any handicap because I'm "perfectly average intelligent."
