- Enterprise UP has by far the best Instructional design programme in the market, and I am so thrilled to be part of this experience as well.My experience this week as been great and I have enjoyed week4 and learned so much as well. the thing that I enjoy the most is that I can use this learning immediately in the workspace. I am also now aware of the many functions PowerPoint has. I was not aware that I could record my voice and create such interactive work on PowerPoint. I am so happy as this has also made me realize that Instructional design is certainly for me.

- This week I learned about design and the different design principles along with multimedia by RR Meyers.I have learned the importance of design principles for professional work.I was not aware as to how powerful multimedia functions are with engaging with my audience and holding their attention. I learned that for learning purposes my paragraphs should not exceed 120 words. That was a great rule of thumb. I have never used PowerPoint in this manner. I cant wait to do more on PowerPoint and create more interactive work as well. This is really going to step up my work. Contrast, alignment and proximity are my new besties.

- I would use these design principles when I am updating the learning manuals at work as that is currently the work I am doing before the year comes to an end. I will also create a more interactive claims overview which is another project I am working on and I know my manager will be thrilled with the work I will be creating.
