I'm an internal transfer from the US to AWS ARE. Per policy, unused vacation is paid out on the last US paycheck. Can you confirm my full PTO balance (~180 hours) will be paid out this way? is there an option to transfer the PTO over instead?

yes, it includes both Standard 120 hours 2 mins and Flexible PTO 66hours and I am from PA -Pennsylvania! I was also wondering what will be my steps to initiate the request?
As it is an International Transfer, The change is treated as a termination for time off balances
Amazon will pay you for any accrued, unused Standard PTO in your final paycheck at your final base salary or base hourly rate of pay. You will not need to initiate or take any actions from your end.

However, Flexible PTO (66 hrs): Will NOT be paid out. As you work in Pennsylvania, which is not a qualifying state for Flexible PTO cash-out upon termination. The 66 hrs Flexible PTO will be forfeited if unused.
