- Hi, I'm Bill the Cichlid and this is the story of Lake Victoria!
- This is how it all started. The Europeans came to Africa and settled by Lake Victoria.
- So, yeah, the Europeans overfished the Cichlids, so they're population started declining.
- The government tried to fix it by introducing non-native Cichlids, but that just made it worse.
- Then, they tried to introduce a fish called the Nile Perch, but they just decreased the cichlids population even more.
